Beauty Bliss runs on an appointment basis and last-minute cancellations or no-shows don't leave enough time to fill appointments, which not only results in financial losses for the salon, but also wastes the time of our highly qualified professionals.
- [ ] After booking a service, it will be necessary to contact us with a private message on Facebook Messenger/Instagram or sms to confirm the appointment.
- [ ] Cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours prior the treatment start. If this is not followed, the client will be charged 50% of the agreed treatment price. In case of no-show, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.
- [ ] Cancellations must be reported by SMS on telephone number 50 17 23 55 or direct message on Facebook Messenger/Instagram.
- [ ] The client's delay on the day of the appointment may lead to a shorter treatment time than was agreed.
- [ ] If the client delayed to such an extent that the treatment can’t be performed, 100% of the cost of the treatment price will be charged.
- ] After 2 cancellations in a row the customer will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of the treatment price for the following booking, which will be non-refundable in case of a third cancellation.
- [ ] Booking any treatment at Beauty Bliss is equivalent to agreeing to the rules presented in this document.
